GridWrks is operated by GridWrks LLC, a Florida limited liability company headquartered in Miami, Florida (the Company, we, us, or our).

References to GridWrks, the Service, or the Platform mean the website at gridwrks.com and related products operated by the Company.

These terms are a working version pending final legal review.

2. acceptance

By accessing or using GridWrks, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered engineers, and employer subscribers.

3. accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use GridWrks. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. employer subscriptions

Employer subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice to active subscribers.

5. acceptable use

You agree not to post fraudulent listings, scrape platform data, harass other users, post discriminatory job criteria that violate applicable employment law, or interfere with platform operation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. intellectual property

The Service, including all software, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by the Company. You receive a limited license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant us a license to display and process it as needed to operate the Service.

7. disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific job fills, hiring outcomes, or match quality.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
